Contact your legislators

Tell your elected officials to support death penalty repeal!

It is very important to let your Senator and Representative know that you, their constituent, support ending Kansas' death penalty.

A simple email, card, letter, or phone call is all that's needed to convey your thoughts on this topic.  If you are in need of a fact or two to include, click here to see our KCADP fact sheets.

If you don't know your legislators' names or their contact information, contact the Legislative Reference Desk at the Kansas State Library for that information. Give them your address and the staff will give you the name of your legislators.  Their number is 1-800-432-3294.

If you do know their names and just need their session information or their home information, see the Legislature's website for that data.

Ask your lawmakers to support repeal.  Your voice could make a difference!
