Several Wichitans stood in solidarity with Troy Davis today as his execution approached. Abolition supporters lined Douglas Ave. to show support for Troy and to voice opposition to the death penalty. While justice did not prevail and Troy was ultimately executed, the fight for abolition will continue and will continue to say for all to hear “NOT IN MY NAME!”
