United Against the Death Penalty: All Road Lead to Repeal
The 2021 conference panelists all reside in Kansas. They all support abolition of the death penalty. Their personal histories are diverse—a teacher who is a murder victim family member, a conservative Republican who is a former supporter of the death penalty, a screen writer and film maker, a pastor, and a death penalty attorney. In their initial remarks and subsequent dialogue, they raised important insights and haunting questions for conference participants to consider.
